Piece x Piece: How SF Designer Is Turning Waste Into Wearables

piecexpiece
San Francisco based fashion designer, Elizabeth Brunner, created Piece x Piece when she became aware of the immense amount of waste that occurs every season from fast fashion’s fabric swatches. She has, with elegance and simplicity, turned a fashion waste product into everyday wearable garments.

“Quality not quantity. If you buy clothes that are well designed, fit you well, and are made well, whether it’s made of organic cotton or not, if it stays in your closet for years over – that’s a form of sustainability that I can get behind.”
